Dr. Vincent Anderson, also known as Dr. Aye Leads, is a former professional athlete turned scholar, speaker, and social change advocate. With a Ph.D. in Community Resources and Development and a Master’s in Sociology from Arizona State University, Dr. Anderson is a leading voice in leadership, DEI, and community transformation.
